The JDRC invites you to partner with us in 2024 and beyond by selecting one of the value-packed sponsorship packages. The packages are split into two categories:

  • Race Sponsorship Packages, Platinum and Gold

  • Fashion on the Fields Sponsorship Packages, Silver and Bronze

The sponsorship packages present a great opportunity for your organisation/business to be connected with the country racing at its best and Jerilderie’s premier social event. The races bring the local community and visitors from all over the Riverina together for the annual event at the picturesque racecourse that has facilities second to none in country races. The races will generate great value and enjoyment to your business in the lead up and on the day of the races.

 

The Jerilderie District Race Club Race Sponsorship Packages

PLATINUM Sponsorship - One package only Valued at $5,000 plus GST- Allocated for 2023

This is the ultimate sponsorship package. Your company/business will be aligned with the races and the prestigious Gold Cup. You will have the opportunity to share your brand story at these events and your company logo will have a prominent position in digital and print promotions. Share the celebration with your team or business partners with complimentary tickets to the races and the sponsor’s marquee which is in prime track position.

The package includes:

  • Naming rights to Jerilderie Gold Cup Race Day

  • Naming rights to the Jerilderie Gold Cup Race & presentation of Trophies to winning connections

  • 20 complimentary admission tickets

  • 100 complimentary drink tickets

  • Full page advertisement in the Race Day Book

  • Option to display signage on the Racecourse winning post for the duration of the year

  • Option to display signage &/ banners in agreed prominent areas of racecourse

  • Option to provide your own or make use of prime position complimentary sponsors marquee with access to a TV monitor to view all the racing.

  • Your business name and logo printed on our display flyers distributed throughout communities of the Riverina, Northern Victoria & used for advertising in the SRN (Finley) & Coly Observer newspapers pre-race day and in Racing NSW Magazine.

  • Named sponsor on radio advertising in the lead up to the races.

  • Acknowledgement of sponsorship on the JDRC digital platforms including Facebook.

  • Your digital advertisement & link to your website (if applicable) displayed prominently on the JDRC website for 12 months.


GOLD Sponsorship - Five packages only Valued at $2500 plus GST- allocated for 2023

An entry level sponsorship package for small to medium businesses or a syndicate of racing enthusiasts. Share the celebration with your team or business partners with complimentary tickets to the races and the sponsor’s marquee which is in prime track position.

The package includes:

  • Naming rights to a support race at Jerilderie Gold Cup races

  • 10 x free admission tickets

  • 50x free drink tickets

  • Full Page advertisement in Race Day Book

  • Option to display signage &/ banners in agreed prominent areas of racecourse

  • Option to make use of the provided sponsor’s marquee

  • Your business name printed on our display flyers distributed throughout communities of the Riverina, Northern Victoria & used for advertising in the SRN (Finley) & Coly Observer newspapers pre-race day and in Racing NSW Magazine.

  • Acknowledgement of sponsorship on the JDRC digital platforms including Facebook.

  • Your digital logo & link to your website (if applicable) displayed prominently on the JDRC website for 12 months.


FASHIONS ON THE FIELD Sponsorship packages

A great opportunity to be a part of the JDRC races and for those that favour fashion over horses. Our Fashions on the Field are eagerly awaited each year with high numbers of entrants in all categories and many spectators flocking to the judging to give your business great value.

SILVER Sponsorship- One package available valued at $1500+ GST- Allocated for 2023

  • Naming rights to the Fashions on the Field (FOF) event.

  • Named sponsor of the "Couple of the Day" & "Miss Trendsetter" category & presentation rights to winners of these categories.

  • 8 x complimentary entry passes.

  • 40 x complimentary drink tickets.

  • Full page advertisement in the Race Day Book.

  • Option to display signage or banner at the Fashions on the Field area.

  • Your business name printed on our display flyers distributed throughout communities of the Riverina, Northern Victoria & used for advertising in the SRN (Finley) & Coly Observer newspapers pre-race day and in Racing NSW Magazine.

  • Named sponsor of the FOF on Radio advertising pre-race day.

  • Acknowledgement of sponsorship with use of our digital advertisement on the JDRC Facebook page.

  • Your digital advertisement & link to your website (if applicable) displayed prominently on the JDRC website for 12 months.


BRONZE Sponsorship $500+GST

  • Half page advertisement in Race Day book

  • Your business name printed on our display flyers distributed throughout communities of the Riverina, Northern Victoria & used for advertising in the SRN (Finley) & Coly Observer newspapers pre-race day and in Racing NSW Magazine.

  • Acknowledgement of sponsorship with use of your digital advertisement on the JDRC Facebook page.

  • Your digital logo displayed on the JDRC website for 12 months.
