The Jerilderie District Race Club strives to maintain the family orientated atmosphere of their major race day, the Jerilderie Gold Cup held every September. Over the years the club have had very generous support from many sponsors which helps greatly in attracting strong fields, contributing back to the community and makes for a fantastic day out.

The Jerilderie Racecourse hosts a high quality thoroughbred racing event that is managed by the Jerilderie District Rae Club. During the famous Jerilderie Gold Cup Races, the club assures all race goers that they will enjoy a race day with fantastic country atmosphere.

The feature event of this 6 race program is the Jerilderie Gold Cup. The day includes Fashions On The Field which also attracts very strong competition with cash prizes totalling $3000 to be won.

All race goers can enjoy the facilities that the club has to offer. There is also a bar and catering facilities for both patrons and the public. There is typically free entertainment for children, including a jumping caste & jumbo games.
